A note on refunds:
In order to receive a 50% refund for the Collaborative Culture Summit, the Center for Innovative Cultures must receive notice by August 15, 2015. No refunds will be available after August 16th. Please call 801-633-7423 or email Susan Arsht at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who do not contact the office by the date specified.
If you choose not to attend an event and prefer to make a charitable donation to the college, for tax purposes, please notify the Center in writing that you would like your purchase to become a charitable donation to the Center for Innovative Cultures at least three business days before the event.
