The Center for Innovative Cultures has been established to help you and your organization learn and implement those practices known to create an organizational culture that results in greater engagement, satisfaction, creativity, and productivity.
Drawing on the legacy of pioneers in high-performing organizational cultures, Bill and Vieve Gore, and on the experiences of other great work cultures, the Center is developing custom-designed offerings to help organizations improve their performance and become really great places to work.
In addition to these practical tools, the Center is also developing the framework of research to provide the conceptual grounding underlying these practices. This knowledge will be made available to students through courses at the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business at Westminster College, to the broader academic community, and to the public at large through published research.
