Gore Auditorium | Bill & Vieve Gore School of Business, Westminster College
This one-day workshop is designed for leaders who wish to better understand the tools and practices of high-performing organizations. The Workshop offers twelve distinctive course options and participants choose four modules that are most relevant to their organizational needs.
Presenters include: Rod Collins, an Innovation and Design expert and author of Wiki Management; Niel Nickolaisen, CIO at O.C. Tanner and author of The Agile Culture; and Doug Kirkpatrick, a leader of the Institute for Self-Management for Morning Star and author of Beyond Empowerment: The Age of the Self-Managed Organization.
